Energy
Energy is the life-blood of your forces, and it is imperative that you manage your supply of energy as you build and expand.
Reactors
Local Energy
Structures require constant and direct access to energy generated by your Reactors.
Local Energy is generated by your Reactors and used constantly by local structures.
Any extra Local Energy is converted to Supply Energy.
Supply Energy
Units require a constant supply of energy in order to operate and maintain contact with the command software.
Supply Energy is an energy network across all your bases, and each of your units uses a certain amount of supply energy constantly.
Supply Energy is generated by converting extra Local Energy from all your bases.
Extra Local Energy is converted by the Central Processor, Command Relay, and Power Transmitter.
Each of these structures is also equipped with a set of energy cells allowing each structure to store 100 Supply Energy units.
Any extra Supply Energy will be added to storage until all structures capable of storage are filled.
If you do not produce enough Supply Energy for the units that you have in play, you will begin to drain your stored Supply Energy. If you run out of stored Supply Energy and are not producing enough to supply your units, some of your units will be disconnected from the Supply Energy grid and will be lost. The number of units disconnected and lost will only be as many as are necessary to equalize the Supply Energy grid so that you are not consuming more than you produce. Energy Report
